Job Title: Sales Head – MS Scaffolding

Job Summary:
The Sales Head – MS Scaffolding will be responsible for leading the overall sales function for Mild Steel (MS) Scaffolding products across domestic markets. The role involves driving revenue growth through project sales, channel development, and key account management in infrastructure and construction segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute national sales strategy for MS Scaffolding products.
- Drive business through:
- Infrastructure projects (EPC, Contractors)
- Real Estate & Construction companies
- Industrial & Maintenance projects
- Lead both Direct Project Sales and Channel/Dealer Sales.
- Build and manage a strong pan-India sales team (RSMs/ASMs/Executives).
- Identify and develop new markets and high-value clients.
- Handle large project negotiations and techno-commercial discussions.
- Participate in tendering and bidding processes.
- Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Project Heads, Procurement, Consultants).
- Ensure achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Drive collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in construction/project sales.
- In-depth knowledge of MS scaffolding systems & applications.
- Leadership and team management capability.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills for large-value deals.
- Strong network within EPC, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Strategic thinking with execution focus.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience:
- 12–20 years of experience in Scaffolding / Formwork / Construction Materials Sales
- Minimum 5+ years in leadership role managing regional/national sales
