Ensure profitability of the station & enhance brand Radio Mirchi through focused initiatives
Coordinate regularly with the different teams - sales, programming, marketing, finance & administration teams for managing the overall profitability of the station
Maintain relationships with clients, their key decision makers, decision influencers etc
Sales Responsibilities:
To ensure that the station meets the agreed targets for the year
Define & distribute targets for team effectively
Manage costs of the station effectively
To ensure proper implementation of policies & guidelines as issued by the corporate
Generate necessary MIS & report as per defined guidelines
Programming / Branding:
Build brand Radio Mirchi through planned programming & marketing initiatives
Track & ensure that the brand is positioned as premium & ahead of competition
Maintain relationship with PR & media agencies
Build radio as a category for both listeners & advertisers
People Management:
To train, develop & guide team members in attaining the station targets
Monitor the performance of team members on a regular basis
To ensure that the attrition level of the station is below the prescribed level
