Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to meet full year targets.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to generate quality leads.
  • Extensive experience of institutional sales in Indian markets mandatory.
  • Ability to be in the field and manage teams on the ground. Lead from the front.
  • Shouldhave sold softwareproducts suchasSAS or Enterpriselicenses.Knowledge of various platforms willhelp you.

An idealcandidate should be anENGINEERwithMBAas an added qualification.

  • Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
  • Develop and grow the Banking and financial sector business forKaizen SecureVoiz
  • Instrumental inscreening ofprospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
  • MeetQuarterly & Annual Target for the Sales
  • Manage & growKSVpartner echo system in India
  • CreateKSV's visibility in IndianMarket through participating in event, Seminars, Webinars and in social media -shows.
  • Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts
  • Proactively scan the market,doresearch, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
  • Manage Customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them
  • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics

Skill Set Required

  • Passionate for sales with burning desire to achieve results
  • Self-motivated andgo-getterpersonnel who can drive sales independently
  • A good understanding of Indianmarket with strong experience of selling high ticketvalue-basedsolutions
  • Social person with good PR Skills and having strong relationship in banking sector ofIndia
  • ExperienceinSelling Software Products/Solutions in Banking &Financialsectors.
  • Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
  • Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with prospects to develop business opportunities and sales
  • Excellent business acumen andcommunicationsskills.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
