Role Overview (Sales Head)

We are hiring a hands-on Sales Head to own revenue growth for Managed IT Services and Infrastructure solutions.

This role is NOT for SaaS, staffing, marketing, inside sales, or software-only backgrounds.

You will:

  • Own end-to-end sales for Managed IT, Infrastructure, Networking & Cybersecurity
  • Convert qualified SQLs into long-term recurring contracts (MRR)
  • Build and scale SLA-based service revenue
  • Work directly with the CEO, pre-sales, and delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue for Managed IT Services (MSP & AMC models)
  • Sell IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networking, cloud, and end-user computing
  • Drive cybersecurity service sales (assessments, monitoring, protection, compliance readiness)
  • Engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Heads in consultative sales discussions
  • Design and present SLA-based service proposals and commercials
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery for solution design
  • Maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities

You SHOULD apply if you have:

  • 1215 years of sales experience in Managed IT Services / IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cybersecurity
  • Experience working with an MSP, System Integrator, or IT Infrastructure company
  • Strong understanding of SLA-based services, AMC vs MSP, MRR models
  • Proven ability to close recurring IT service contracts
  • Experience selling to Indian SMB and mid-market enterprises
  • Comfort owning targets and building sales structure
