Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Sales Head at Etherealflights Pvt Ltd, based in Gurugram. The Sales Head will lead and manage the sales department, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and identify new market opportunities. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing relationships with key clients, mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales performance data, and collaborating with other departments to align business objectives. The Sales Head will also represent the company at important industry events and negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Agri-Business preferred.

57 years of experience in fertilizers, pesticides, Agri-inputs, or contract farming sales operations.

Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving national or multi-regional sales targets.

Strong professional network within the fertilizer, pesticide, and contract farming industry.

Experience in building and managing distributor and dealer networks across multiple regions.

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with large Agri institutional clients.

Experience in revenue forecasting, sales planning, and business growth strategies.

Strong understanding of agriculture input markets, crop protection products, and Agri supply chains.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
