Sales Head

DukaanSarthi is a cloud-based ERP and POS solution designed to empower retailers and manufacturers in managing their businesses efficiently. This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Head. The Sales Head will take ownership of strategizing and driving sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets. They will lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, analyze market trends, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. The role will also involve collaborating with marketing and other departments to align efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing plans to achieve business growth objectives.

• Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring skills
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and software
• Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
