Job Description

  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely processing of client orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and client interactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with relevant teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Assist in planning and organizing sales campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the beverages and alcohol segment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Head should have:

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the beverages and alcohol category.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
