Job Title: B2B Sales & Growth Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Cranberry Communications.

The role involves identifying and engaging potential business clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions in the B2B space. You'll be working closely with our marketing and operations teams to pitch tailored solutions and close profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Sourcing and Management

Source accurate contact details and business information of decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Founders) from platforms such as LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google, and social media.

Build and maintain a qualified CRM database of MSME companies across industries including E-commerce, Engineering, Pharma, IT, SaaS, FMCG, Banking, Education, Travel, Automobile, and Real Estate.

Segregate leads based on their stage in the sales funnel.

Maintain communication logs, follow-ups, and meeting notes in CRM.

2. Sales Prospecting and Meetings

Conduct research on target clients to understand their business needs.

Pitch customized solutions and manage objections effectively.

Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework.

Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to understand pain points and position Cranberry as a trusted partner.

3. Sales Proposals and Conversions

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create presentations, proposals, and quotes aligned with client needs.

Negotiate win-win deals and close sales while maintaining profitability targets.

Record and document all client communications via professional emails.

Ensure smooth handover to the Operations Team with complete knowledge transfer.

4. Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships through regular communication, new offers, and monthly email campaigns.

Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.

5. Sales Assets and Reporting

Maintain and organize sales assets like case studies, presentations, proposal templates, and pricing sheets.

Regularly update sales performance reports and data insights on Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Skills & Competencies Required

Core Skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and rapport-building skills

Effective meeting and telephone etiquette

Proven ability to close deals independently

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva

Knowledge

Data sourcing and internet research

Understanding of B2B brands and corporate decision cycles

Familiarity with US/EU markets and marketing culture

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web solutions
