This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales General Manager based in Raipur. The candidate will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage a sales team, and identify new opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and leading marketing campaigns. The role offers flexibility with a mix of in-office work in Raipur and remote work arrangements.

• Strong sales and business development skills with expertise in sales strategy, client management, and target achievement
• Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
• Proficiency in market analysis, financial planning, and creating growth strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, and familiarity with relevant software
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of adapting to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of the local market in Raipur and surrounding regions
