Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Update lead status, follow-up activities, customer requirements, and next-action dates in the CRM.
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and preparing quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
• Prepare regular sales activity and CRM reports.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn sales, CRM, and customer handling processes.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work with targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
