Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales – Broker role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and expanding business through broker channels, including identifying potential brokerage partners, onboarding them, and nurturing long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue targets, supporting brokers with product information, pricing, and proposal development, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing. The role also includes delivering training and regular updates to brokers on Niva Bupa products, processes, and regulatory requirements, and monitoring broker performance using defined metrics and reporting tools. The Corporate Sales – Broker professional will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, resolve escalations efficiently, and contribute to local market strategies for corporate health insurance growth.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills to support brokers and corporate clients effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in brokerage, sales, or channel management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Ability to conduct training and capability-building sessions for brokers and partner sales teams.
- Exposure to corporate or institutional sales; familiarity with real estate or other broker-driven industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and local Hyderabad market dynamics is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work towards targets, analyze data, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
