Role Overview

We are looking for highly driven Sales Freelancers / Business Development Professionals who can bring in new clients and drive revenue growth.

This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for individuals who believe in performance-driven income and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, WhatsApp, referrals, cold outreach, and networking

Pitch Media Nirvana's growth marketing services to startups and businesses

Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions

Close deals and onboard new clients

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handover post-closure

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Compensation & Incentives

Earn recurring commissions every month for every client you onboard

High-ticket services lead to high commission payouts

No cap on earnings

Who Should Apply

Business Development Executives / Managers

Freelancers or consultants with outbound sales experience

Freshers confident in sales and communication

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confidence in pitching and closing deals

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar outbound / prospecting tools will be given high preference

Basic understanding of digital marketing or business (training will be provided)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
