Monitor and drive branch revenue growth.
Conduct client visits and coordinate with corporates, travel agents, hospitals, and other
institutions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Analyse and respond to market trends.
Explain and promote FX products and services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Offer personalised advisory services to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations.
Track and evaluate sales performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Foreign Exchange, preferably within the financial services sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong client engagement capabilities and sales acumen.
