The SFDC Developer will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), and Community Cloud. This role includes working in Agile methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications according to business requirements.
Principal Job Accountabilities:
Salesforce Development & Implementation:
- Implementing Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Lightning Design System, and Community Cloud.
- Developing and maintaining validation rules, custom workflows, Visualforce pages, and Apex customizations.
- Designing and developing custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, custom tabs, custom reports, Dashboards, and other components based on client and application requirements.
- Creating and managing Community sites, Customer/Partner Portals, Page Variations, Navigation Menu, Reports, and Dashboards in the Community Cloud.
Testing & Debugging:
- Experience in Unit Testing, Load Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, and Security Testing.
- Writing Test cases, Test scenarios, and tracking bugs from Production.
- Analyzing and mitigating issues identified during testing.
Business Logic & Automation:
- Implementing business logic in Salesforce using automation tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows.
- Experience in implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record levels for different users in various organizational structures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work in cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, sprint planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and deploy solutions in Salesforce.
Salesforce Admin and Integration:
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development, and Salesforce Administration.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO, CPI, and APIs.
Support and Maintenance:
- Responsible for SFDC developments and ongoing support.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying SFDC systems as needed.
Audit and Data Processing:
- Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to audit and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- BCA/B.Tech (IT) or related field.
- Functional Skills Required:
- Strong Salesforce Development skills in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Experience, and Integration Basics.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 are a must.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Expertise in Salesforce Development – Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Salesforce Lightning Design System, and Community Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce Administration and integration with SAP.
- Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SFDC Development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Test-driven development.
