Job Title: Sales Executive Flour Industry (Atta, Suji, Besan, Maida)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of flour-based products including Atta, Suji, Besan, and Maida in the Gurugram market. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong distributor/retailer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Promote and sell products such as Atta, Suji, Besan, and Maida
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets
Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and reporting
Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely delivery
Requirements
Minimum 1- 6 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably food/flour products)
Good knowledge of the local Gurugram market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Education
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech
