Sales Expert

The Sales Expert will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the labeling and packaging industry. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, presenting customized solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

• Proficient in Sales and Retail Sales with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proactive mindset, ability to identify opportunities, and a goal-oriented approach to achieving results.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, or labeling industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
