Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Expansion Executive who can help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, approaching potential clients, and expanding our sales reach. This role requires strong communication skills, smart sales strategies, and the ability to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Approach new people through calls, meetings, references, and field visits.
  • Develop and execute smart sales expansion strategies to increase reach and revenue.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market visits.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed business.

3. Sales Strategy & Market Research

  • Suggest new ideas and approaches to expand sales in the market.
  • Study competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Share feedback and insights with the team to improve sales processes.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily sales activity reports and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Update management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati is a plus).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Smart thinking with the ability to create and apply sales strategies.
  • Confident personality with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to approach and engage new people easily.

Experience & Eligibility

  • 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Graduate in any stream.

Salary Range

  • 20,000 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
