Role Purpose Statement: The incumbent would be responsible for growth and managing the Domestic Air vertical at TCI Express Ltd Main Accountabilities Forecasting, Planning and achievement of targets Developing and nurturing new territories Promoting Business Development activities by creating efficiencies, reports, and tools to maximize the Sales efforts Plan sales calls activity with a view to maximize sales and convert customers Have a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes Develop, Strengthen and nourish the relationships with new and existing customers Identify and analyze target market and the clients within the specified area or customer group Set objectives for each product in line with the goals of the organization Develop a sales forecast vis-a-vis market changes w.r.t. Budgets & achievement of the same. The Candidate should be willing to travel extensively within the Region every month. Qualification: Education- UG/PG/ Professional Degree Experience- Total 02-03 years. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: The Candidate should be from Domestic Air/ Freight Cargo Industry Should have excellent communication/ interpersonal skills Must have 03- 04 years of strong sales and customer acquisition exposure to Domestic Air/ Freight business Should possess excellent Customer relations abilities to convert them into life-time customer Must know the strategies to expand business and explore new territories Should have good experience of pricing for different domestic sectors
