Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about diamond jewelry, including quality, pricing, and design options.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diamond jewelry trends and market conditions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming and engaging showroom environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
- Excellent product knowledge of diamonds and jewelry.
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer service practices.
