Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle client communication, generate business opportunities, coordinate shipments, and provide excellent customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and knowledge of logistics/transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and client visits.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.

Customer Support (CS) Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and operations team.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and shipment tracking.
• Share loading, unloading, and POD updates with clients.
• Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
• Coordination and multitasking ability.
• Basic knowledge of logistics/transportation industry preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 1–3 Years preferred in Logistics / Transportation / Customer Support / Sales.

Salary:

As per industry standards.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Candidate from logistics/transport background will be an advantage.
