About the Role

WeHire Talent Solutions is hiring experienced professionals for an International Debt Collection Process. Candidates will handle collection-related interactions with customers and work in a fast-paced US process environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• SSC with minimum 2 years of 3rd Party Collection experience, OR
• HSC with relevant 3rd Party Collection experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle debt collection calls with customers
• Negotiate and resolve payment-related issues
• Maintain collection targets and quality standards
• Follow compliance and process guidelines

Debt Collection Hiring – Joining Bonus Offer

We are offering a 40,000 joining bonus for candidates with relevant debt collection experience who can join immediately.

Joining Bonus Structure:

* 20,000 after successful completion of 4 months from Date of Joining (DOJ)

* 20,000 after successful completion of 7 months from Date of Joining (DOJ)
