We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for our Real Estate division in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present property proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of real estate market dynamics and property valuation.
