Role & Responsibilities:

• Handleinbound callsfrom international customers
• Identify customer needs andupsell relevant products/services
• Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets and quality parameters
• Maintain proper documentation and call logs
• Follow compliance and process guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum1 year experience in International BPO(mandatory)
• Sales background preferred
• Excellent communication skills(verbal & listening)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven approach

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC:33,000 fixed (in-hand)
• Incentives:2,000
