Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidates will have 0-5 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated sales ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
