Experience Required: 3 to 7 years (Minimum 2+ Years with Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

CTC: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role: (70% in house & 30% on field)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth in the Import Freight Forwarding segment. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in Import Freight Forwarding

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business

• Manage the complete sales cycle including client meetings and negotiations

• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth shipment execution

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Import Freight Forwarding sales

• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Profile

• Experience in handling the Ahmedabad market will be an added advantage

• Strong network within import/export businesses

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
