Role Summary:
We are looking for a Growth Officer to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation & customer acquisition
Conduct field visits & market development activities
Build strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Candidate Profile:
Age: 28 35 Years
Education: MBA preferred / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 34 years in FMCG
Freshers with strong intent and willingness to prove themselves can also be considered
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong field sales mindset and target-oriented approach
