Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive / Sales Manager for handling high-value projects (₹1 Crore and above budgets), and manufacturer of Luxury Furniture & Interior Materials and are hiring a Sales Executive (Male/Female) for Hyderabad.


Role Overview


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle on-field sales to achieve targets
  • Generate leads through cold calls and site visits
  • Work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions
  • Follow up on enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Conduct product presentations when required
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business
  • Maintain basic sales records and share updates with management
  • Generate outbound leads and build strong client relationships
  • Handle premium clients and close high-budget deals
  • Prepare cost estimates and project proposals
  • Ensure proper onboarding of clients and timely project execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet committed timelines

Requirements

  • Experience in sales within interiors, furniture, building materials, or related industries
  • Knowledge of the Hyderabad / South market
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and independent sales activities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in handling ₹1 Cr+ projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of cost estimation
  • Proven experience in lead generation and deal closure
