We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive / Sales Manager for handling high-value projects (₹1 Crore and above budgets), and manufacturer of Luxury Furniture & Interior Materials and are hiring a Sales Executive (Male/Female) for Hyderabad.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle on-field sales to achieve targets
- Generate leads through cold calls and site visits
- Work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers
- Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Conduct product presentations when required
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business
- Maintain basic sales records and share updates with management
- Generate outbound leads and build strong client relationships
- Handle premium clients and close high-budget deals
- Prepare cost estimates and project proposals
- Ensure proper onboarding of clients and timely project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet committed timelines
Requirements
- Experience in sales within interiors, furniture, building materials, or related industries
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad / South market
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and independent sales activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in handling ₹1 Cr+ projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of cost estimation
- Proven experience in lead generation and deal closure
