Responsible for driving enrollments into Marrow, our flagship learning platform for doctors, through field sales efforts. The role involves directly engaging with medical professionals to promote career-advancing programs and specialized upskilling courses that build critical skills required for success in super-specialty fields.
It includes creating on-ground awareness about Marrows offerings, particularly in areas not adequately covered in traditional medical education. The primary focus is on doctors who are pursuing MBBS and are preparing for NEET PG, guiding them toward the right resources to strengthen their preparation and excel in their chosen specialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct walk-in visits to medical colleges within the assigned territory and interact with students
- Plan, manage, and execute college events, fests, and on-ground activations end-to-end
- Distribute marketing materials and create strong brand visibility for Marrow
- Capture and build a high-quality database of prospective users
- Follow up consistently and nurture leads through the funnel
- Pitch subscription plans, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Work closely with the manager and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns and achieve business goals
