Products You Will Represent
* Fly Ash Bricks* Solid Concrete Blocks* Paver Blocks & Colour Pavers* RCC Pipes (NP2 & NP3)* Kerb Stones & Rubber Moulds
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily field visits to active construction sites, residential layouts, commercial projects, and industrial zones across Nagpur.* Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with builders, civil contractors, real estate developers, architects, site engineers, and material dealers.* Generate new inquiries, present product solutions, negotiate pricing, and close bulk material orders.* Coordinate with our in-house transportation team to ensure timely site deliveries and manage payment collections.
Requirements
* Prior field sales experience in building materials, precast concrete, cement, RMC, bricks/blocks, pipes, or allied construction products in the Nagpur market.* Existing network of local civil contractors, builders, and site engineers.* Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (mandatory for daily field travel).* Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
