Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat, India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling textile products, building and nurturing client relationships, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and identifying potential business opportunities.

In addition to sales responsibilities, the role requires hands-on knowledge of import documentation and importexport procedures, including coordination with overseas suppliers and logistics partners. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client needs with product offerings and ensure smooth execution of both sales and import operations. Regular reporting, shipment tracking, and market research will also form part of your responsibilities as you contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building with clients and stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of import documentation and end-to-end importexport processes
  • Experience in handling documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, and coordination with CHA & freight forwarders
  • Understanding of market research and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of textiles, fabric manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills for reporting purposes
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn continuously
