About the Role

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media & Communications Executive to manage our digital presence and communication activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media platforms, and supporting our brand's online growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create engaging posts, captions, reels ideas, and campaign concepts

Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Handle basic content scheduling and performance tracking

Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and announcements

Ensure timely posting and consistency in brand communication

Meet monthly targets and campaign deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English

Hands-on experience in social media handling and content management

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas

Good multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and content accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must own a personal laptop
