Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nashik. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales in alignment with company goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Additionally, this role involves analyzing market trends, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Thinking, Market Research, and Analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly recommended
  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve sales targets, and work independently under pressure
