Position - Sales Officer & Senior Sales Executive - Wood Coatings
Location: Rajkot
Preferred - Candidate should have experience in Chemicals & Buildings.
Paints Industry, Wood Coatings & Wood Finish.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales operations at our store in Gandhinagar, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective channel management and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in wood coatings/finishes).
- Strong understanding of wood finishes/wood coatings products and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals
