Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage retail sales channels, including primary and secondary sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of wood finishes/wood coatings products and their applications.
  • 1-6 years of experience in channel sales or related field (retail sales).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction at all levels.
