Sales Executive / Telecaller – Fresher

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our software solutions, following up with leads, and helping the sales team convert opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain Ragenaizer Business OS and our custom software services.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule demos.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and closures.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
