Welsbach is hiring for one of our portfolio companies building the AI operating layer for enterprises.

The company focuses on deploying AI agents that execute real business workflows across sales, operations, finance, and customer support — not dashboards or copilots.

Role Overview

This is an execution-focused outbound sales role. You will be responsible for generating pipeline through cold outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the closing process.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern sales tools and AI-based outreach systems and wants to grow into a full-cycle sales role.

What You'll Do
  • Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound tools)
  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to scale and optimize outreach
  • Generate and qualify leads and meetings and opportunities
  • Manage and update CRM and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with senior team to convert leads into deals
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion rates
  • Track performance metrics and optimize for response, meetings, and pipeline quality
What We're Looking ForRequirements 
  • 2–4 years experience in sales, BD, or lead generation roles
  • Experience in outbound or cold outreach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Must Have
  • Hands-on experience with outreach tools / platforms (email tools, LinkedIn, automation tools)
  • Strong communication skills (especially written outreach)
  • Ability to research and target the right prospects
  • Comfort with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Experience using AI tools for outreach or prospecting
