Job Summary: sales
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of driving sales through education, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell weight loss programs, and services to potential customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, online demos
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the brand with professionalism and product knowledge at events, trade shows, or wellness seminars.
Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Work collaboratively with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or weight loss industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of nutrition, weight loss, or health science is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in health sciences, nutrition, or business is a plus.
