Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Salem. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, delivering effective sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client accounts, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research to identify sales opportunities
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the weather services industry or a related sector is a plus
