Job Purpose
To generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth for the company's water-related products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities within the water industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications Experience
- 0-2 years of sales experience in industries such as water treatment, Pharma, Chemical or Biochemical Industry, water chemicals, and the Pump Industry
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Product knowledge or willingness to learn technical aspects of water products.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
