Job Title: Business Development (Hunter) – Digital Advertising

Location: Mumbai & Delhi/NCR

About the Role

  • This is not a farming role. We're looking for pure hunters who can open doors, close
  • deals, and drive revenue from day 1.
  • If you live for targets, thrive on rejection, and know how to sell digital ad inventory

across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels — this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing deals
  • Build your own pipeline: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking — whatever works
  • Drive revenue through digital inventory sales:
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Programmatic platforms
  • Affiliate networks
  • Pitch aggressively to brands, agencies, and performance marketers
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (non-negotiable)
  • Work closely with campaign teams to ensure delivery — but your core KPI is revenue

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in Intense Sales/Business development (ad-tech preferred)
  • Must have hands-on experience selling digital ad inventory (Meta / Google /

Programmatic / Affiliate)

  • Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close deals independently
  • Strong objection handling & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with high-pressure, target-driven environments
