About the Role
- This is not a farming role. We're looking for pure hunters who can open doors, close
- deals, and drive revenue from day 1.
- If you live for targets, thrive on rejection, and know how to sell digital ad inventory
across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels — this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing deals
- Build your own pipeline: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking — whatever works
- Drive revenue through digital inventory sales:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Programmatic platforms
- Affiliate networks
- Pitch aggressively to brands, agencies, and performance marketers
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (non-negotiable)
- Work closely with campaign teams to ensure delivery — but your core KPI is revenue
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in Intense Sales/Business development (ad-tech preferred)
- Must have hands-on experience selling digital ad inventory (Meta / Google /
Programmatic / Affiliate)
- Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close deals independently
- Strong objection handling & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-pressure, target-driven environments
