Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Kota, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential customers, promoting relevant loan and banking products, and achieving set sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, cross-selling financial services, maintaining detailed customer records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with teams and compliance with organizational and regulatory policies are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, including the ability to identify leads and close deals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships
- Organizational skills for maintaining records and achieving goals under deadlines
- Basic financial knowledge, including understanding of financial products like loans and deposits
- Proficiency in using digital banking tools, CRM systems, and hybrid work methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or a banking environment is an advantage
- Willingness to adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of customers and teams
