About the Role

Urban Era Builders is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
  • Present architectural, interior, and construction services to clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery
  • Maintain records in CRM and track sales pipeline
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Negotiation and closing ability
  • Client handling and relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, architecture, or interiors (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate/interior preferred)
