Role Description

Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and issues.
Present Offerings: Give engaging presentations to highlight the benefits of products and services and answer any questions.
Negotiate Deals: Agree on terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales while keeping the company's profit in mind.
Convert Leads: Turn potential leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the buying process.
Provide Product Demo: Incase of software product, if client needs to see the software live then one should provide the operational demo of that particular demo.
Support Clients: Provide ongoing assistance to ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to find
new improvement opportunities.
Track Goals: Set, monitor, and strategize to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate sales records and provide quarterly reports.
Collaborate: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize sales.

Key Work Area:

1. Inbound Lead Management:
Save and organize WhatsApp numbers of leads generated from Facebook campaigns.
Call leads to discuss their digital marketing needs and explain our services tailored to their requirements.
Conduct sales calls to convert leads into clients.
Manage and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.

2. Marketing Campaigns:
Create and share customized marketing campaigns with prospects and clients.
Work with the marketing team to develop innovative campaign strategies.

3. Customer Support & Management:
Provide exceptional post-service support to ensure client satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve services and client
experience.

4. Service Offerings:
Promote and explain services, including WhatsApp Marketing Software, UpgradeX WhatsApp API, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, Social Media Training,Content creation training, Business consultancy, Business growth training, and more.

Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong understanding of market research and customer behavior
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the industry is a plus
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with Basic Computer skills.
Laptop: Owning a laptop is an advantage.
