Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Industrial Workwear & Safety Apparel

Location: Haridwar / Selaqui / Pantnagar / Paonta Sahib
Role Objective:To drive B2B sales and client acquisition in the industrial belts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, targeting manufacturing units, pharma plants, and industrial establishments for uniforms and safety apparel.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, visit, and onboard new industrial clients in assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relations with purchase, admin, and HR departments of existing clients.
- Handle product presentations, sampling, and negotiations.
- Generate inquiries through cold calls, field visits, and references.
- Coordinate with production and design teams for client requirements.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Meet monthly sales and collection targets.
Qualifications & Experience:- Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Textile/Fashion background).
- Experience: 25 years in industrial B2B sales (uniforms, safety gear, PPE, industrial consumables, etc.).
- Should have local market knowledge of Haridwar, Selaqui, Pantnagar, and nearby areas.
- Own vehicle and smartphone mandatory.
Key Skills:- Excellent communication and client handling.
- Negotiation and closing ability.
- Goal-driven, field-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial sector purchasing cycles.
Preferred Background:Candidates who have worked with companies dealing in industrial uniforms, PPE, safety shoes, industrial supplies, or workwear.
