Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional, corporate, and individual clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support campaigns that drive adoption of uCertify's learning solutions. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, provide regular sales forecasts, and represent uCertify in a professional manner at customer meetings, events, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management with a consultative selling approach.
  • Experience in conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and handling negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer success skills to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation and interpersonal skills suitable for diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online meeting platforms to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, understand technical or educational solutions, and translate them into clear value propositions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or training solutions is highly desirable; familiarity with IT certifications is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site
