Trivara Infraventures is a growing real estate company focused on sustainable and high quality residential apartment are looking for a proactive and motivated marketing and a sales executive to drive our marketing efforts and grow our customer base. This role requires working in the field to identify,reachout and engage potential client for our marketing. You will play a crucial role in marketing and promoting our services, building client relationship and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibility-

-Identify potential buyers and investors through calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.

-Understand customer needs, budget, location preference, and investment goals to suggest suitable properties.

-Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and future value; conduct site visits and answer buyer queries confidently.

-Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms between buyers and developers while protecting company interests.

-Maintain regular follow-ups, nurture leads, and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

-Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and government regulations (RERA, approvals).

-Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, agreements, loan coordination, and registration processes.

-Support customers after bookinghandover coordination, possession updates, and issue resolution.

-Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and closures in CRM systems and submit regular sales reports.

-Act as the face of the company, maintaining professionalism, ethics, and brand reputation at all touchpoints.

Clear verbal and written communication to explain property details, pricing, and terms confidently.

-Customer Relationship Management

Ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.

-Negotiation & Closing Skills

Strong persuasion and deal-closing abilities while balancing client needs and company goals.

-Market & Product Knowledge

Understanding of locations, pricing trends, competitor projects, and property features.

-Follow-Up Discipline

Consistent and timely follow-ups with prospects through calls, messages, and meetings.

-Listening & Requirement Analysis

Skill to understand buyer needs, budget, and preferences before recommending properties.

-Basic Legal & Documentation Knowledge

Familiarity with RERA guidelines, agreements, KYC, home loan processes, and registration.

-Time Management & Planning

Ability to manage multiple leads, site visits, and deadlines efficiently.

-CRM & Digital Tool Usage

Working knowledge of CRM systems, property portals, email, and WhatsApp communication.

-Professional Ethics & Integrity

Honesty, transparency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Prefered skill

Ability to clearly explain property details, pricing, and benefits to clients in a convincing manner.

Ability to convert inquiries, walk-ins, and site visits into confirmed bookings.

Goal-driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection and pressure.

Capable of understanding buyer concerns, managing objections, and building trust.

Experience in B2C field sales.
