Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting clients, promoting travel packages that suit their needs, and closing sales to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to customize travel solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, including travel packages, destinations, or visa processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism , Sales, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in sales, travel, or tourism sectors is an advantage
