Role Overview:
We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our New Delhi office. This is a field-based role focused on promoting and selling ophthalmic equipment. You'll be responsible for identifying new leads, building relationships with eye care professionals, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as eye hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
- Explain product benefits and conduct equipment demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Collect feedback from the market and share insights with the management.
- Handle customer issues professionally.
What we are looking for:
- 13 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, pharma, or B2B.
- Good communication and people skills ability to talk to doctors and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Willing to travel locally for client visits and demos.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with ophthalmic equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
