Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Tour and Travel sector. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Executive will engage in managing customer inquiries, building client relationships, and creating customized travel packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting tour packages to potential clients, fostering partnerships with travel suppliers, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve crafting travel itineraries and achieving sales targets to support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills to engage and convert potential clients.
  • Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary creation, and crafting customized travel experiences.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and collaboration with travel suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel destinations, trends, and travel management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
