Job Description
• Identify and engage potential customers, including hospitals and clinics.
• Achieve defined sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Educate medical staff on product usage and benefits.
• Ensure regular visits within the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and application insights.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts accurately.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in (Engineering/Electronic/Optometry/Science).
Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the company's sales force in achieving targets and goals.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience
2-6 years of relevant exp in selling Medical Devices.
